Like many people, my life journey has had a few ups and downs and taken a few twists and turns along the way! I feel like these experiences have enriched and guided me to reach the space I’m in right now.
I'm passionate about assisting others to be empowered to live a meaningful life - which is my Ikigai (or reason for living). I love to connect with others to share my wealth of knowledge and use my skills to make the world a better place.
By meditating every day I’m able to maintain calmness and stay balanced. I walk and exercise each morning and practice yoga and Qi Gong regularly. Spending time in nature is what rejuvenates me.

Whilst there are many different types of meditation, my focus is on a secular form of guided mindfulness meditation including visualisation and breathwork. I draw on various aspects of evidence-based mindfulness meditation practices to inform my guidance.
With training in psychology and counselling I have over 20 years’ counselling experience with a diverse range of clients who were dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, and neurodivergence (autism, ADHD). I have a deep understanding of some of life’s difficulties and have the unique capacity to hold individuals who may be struggling in life.
I’m drawn to the power of Women’s Circles to connect with and support one another in a safe and nurturing environment. Each Circle is unique and can be tailored to suit a particular theme, e.g., Finding Joy, The Goddess Within, Full Moon, and many more.
